How do I schedule a counseling appointment?
How much does a session cost?
Our first session will be approximately 60 minutes to allow us to complete paperwork and get to know each other. The fee for that initial session is $150. All other individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and cost $120.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What days and hours do you see clients?
I have office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. I may also schedule appointments during other weekday hours.
What if I have to cancel our scheduled appointment?
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of our scheduled time. If you do not keep your appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. For many clients, I am considered an out-of-network provider with their insurance carrier. I can offer you a special receipt which you can file with your insurance company for possible out-of-network benefits.
Are you available to speak to my group?
Yes! I love speaking to groups and organizations about a variety of topics related to my specialties. I have delivered talks to high schools, colleges, treatment professionals, Girl Scout troops, sororities, and other groups.
